Are you looking for a workout that's out of the ordinary? Our signature fitness classes will keep you working hard a little closer to the ground! These classes are made for all levels and work to increase your strength, flexibility, rhythm, and technique!
This class is designed for all ages and fitness levels to experience a supportive, empowering and exciting alternative form of fitness that encourages a healthy mind, body and spirit.
In this class you will learn real Kickboxing techniques including punches, kicks, shadowboxing, heavy bag work, pad work and more!

Don't worry if you have never done this before, this session will take you from the foundations and build on skills week to week. You are guaranteed to not only experience an incredible workout, but have fun at the same time.

Improve your flexibility today! Flexibility is important to keep your body and joints healthy for the demands of any sport, including aerial work. Use this class to relax the tension out of your body or gain the flexibility for high level moves and make you less prone to injury as you progress.
The stretches done in this class can be modified to any flexibility level. This class is open to anyone, whether or not they participate in any pole or aerial classes.
Improve your back, shoulder and twist flexibility today! Flexibility is important to keep your body and joints healthy for the demands of any sport, including aerial work. Use this class to specifically work on the back and core for general health purposes and also intermediate to high level moves and make you less prone to injury as you progress. The stretches done in this class can be modified to any flexibility level.

Improve your splits! Splits in the aerial world are key to perfecting the style and grace of the intermediate and advanced moves. Also, who doesn’t want to improve their lines and slits?!! Keeping young and being able to touch your toes is essential! 😉 The stretches done in this class can be modified to any flexibility level and will make you less prone to injury as you progress up the levels.

AcroYoga/Partner Hand-Balancing is a type of movement that combines yoga with acrobatics, circus and cheer. Its defining feature is its use of gravity to promote both strengthening and stretching. It is generally considered more vigorous and challenging, but loads more fun!
A typical class includes a warmup, partner work.
Partner work is a key feature and the work with a partner helps to improve strength and balance as well as building trust.
There are three key roles:
Base - the person who is most in contact with the ground. For example, they may lie on their back with their legs and arms reaching up to support their partner.
Flyer - the person who is lifted off the ground by the base. They can move into dynamic sequences of positions.
Spotter - the person entrusted with watching the base and flyer to make sure that the flyer lands safely if they slip. They may also make suggestions to help both partners improve their technique or alignment.
You do not need a partner, we will pair you up, in groups of two or three. This class is open to anyone, whether or not they participate in any pole or aerial classes.
This is a gymnastic based conditioning class. Handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, light tumbles(i.e. front and back rolls) are what this is about.
Acro Conditioning is a wonderful practice that combines the dynamic wisdom of acrobatics, the awareness, breath and balance of yoga and good old fashioned PLAY with a sense of wonder & community.
This class is for all levels, to help with core strength, trust and techniques of acrobatic hand balancing.
This is a Burlesque/Acr/fitness inspired class. Sometimes with shoes (aka heels), sometimes without; depending on the mood! Bring your pole bag to be equipped. One thing is guaranteed, you'll be using the chair! A fun and flirtatious warm-up, prepare for a workout with a focus on poise, coordination, balance and swagger!
Leg warmers and knee pads recommended.
This class is open to anyone, whether or not they participate in any pole or aerial classes.
Put on your heels and come explore the sensual side of movement. In this class, you will learn floor work, technique, and low flow that will be incorporated into choreography and freestyle while highlighting fluidity, sensuality, and overall sexiness. Weave your magic around the pole, base and floor. Come dressed as you’d like—heels and knee pads are strongly encouraged. However, socks are welcome as well if you are not ready for heels yet! This class is open to anyone who has completed intro to pole.
