Come learn the basics of pole & hopefully get a new, healthy addiction started! Learn basic spins, floorwork, hand positioning, and how to move around the pole in this class, all while building upper body and core strength. Simple transitions between skills will be learned, and we will put it all together in a “dance” at the end of class. This class is on a static pole. We recommend this class be taken a minimum of 5-12 times before advancing - everyone is different and there are criteria & permission required to be able to move up.
Our philosophy is walk before you run, so although heels aren’t restricted, we recommend saving them for later levels.
Once you have mastered the skills in the intro class (which depending on the student can be 5-12+ classes), you will start to make these moves more advanced and add variety to them. You will add to the spins you already know and start learning basic climbing technique and basic body grips. You will also start putting skills you know together in simple flows and routines. In these routines, you will begin adding your own flare to the moves you have been taught. Through the skills taught in this class, you will begin developing the strength and body awareness to go upside down! Basic spin pole will be introduced.
Instructor Approval needed for all advancements please. If Progression isn’t as fast as you’d like, book a private or request a level review/challenge.
You're starting to feel strong and confident. In this class, you will learn even more complex climbs, sits, tricks and combined spins. You're addicted now and in these classes, you will start to learn more complex inversions and holds. You will also be inverting in the air at this level. Hands free is a thing now and you can make specific requests for moves (in advance). There will be more freedom

Congratulations, in this class the sky is really the limit! This is the level where Unicorns, rainbows and Instagram live! You will begin using more flexibility and strength for complex and varied moves. Skills will become more individualized to the students strengths. Drops, dynamic skills, and more fluid transitions between tricks will be taught. You can expect that it has taken you years to get here. This is the land of the 8 minute pole sit, the Pole Olympics or the Cirque moves. This is where you go to see celebs and say “Hey, spot me, I think I can do that!”. This is our highest level Group Class.
Privates are available for specific needs or specialized training.
These classes are a hybrid of two or a few levels. This is a catch all for either specific time of days, time of year or where demand dictates and we will happily work to make anyone who shows up challenge their skills without restrictions or limits on who can attend, or what apparatus they can use.
Class sizes are usually smaller and more patience is requested as the instructor will be hopping around the room! Please do take the time so see if you ARE within the parameters of the class description.
This class will focus exclusively on putting the pole on spin! You should now have an understanding of basic grips, and feel confident moving around and starting to climb the pole.
You will work on entrances and exits from the pole, as well as building combinations that flow effortlessly around it. Please read the description for these class requirements as we offer Intro, all level and 2+. Regardless of the level, in these classes we will build on what you covered and add more grips, moves, climbs and combos and put it all into fun combos & routines.
These classes primarily focus on getting you stronger and growing the proper muscles to assist with getting in shape, toned, or building strength for your next move. Regardless of the apparatus, how you are using, the intervals or the moves, you will start to learn more range of motion and grips, holds and techniques. These classes are usually ANY level of fitness as there can be modification within the moves. We will work on strengthening the entire body.
Rumored to be one of the funnest classes there is! Pole is better with friends, even if they are new friends you've just met in this class. Try some of your basic spins, tricks and combinations, but this time with a partner! You are not required to bring your own partner, we will team you up with another class participant, and often rotate, so each classmate gets the chance to spot, base and fly! This is not recommended for Intro level students as you must have some level of competency to make certain shapes, however class is geared to a multi-level combination class. Here are some of the fun moments from our Doubles Class.
In this flow-based class, you will explore blending movement and technique together. This class will work through transitions of floorwork, spins, and low-pole moves to build musicality and fluidity. Come dressed prepared to use typical contact points with the pole—knee pads are strongly encouraged. This class is open to anyone who has completed an intro to pole.
This super popular dance class is your opportunity to work on a lyrical flow routine to help with your dance, flow, lines and movement around, up and down the pole.
You don't have to be a dancer. Just come and move with us and learn different styles of movement. Knee pads, legwarmers, heels recommended but not required. Bring your pole bag just to be prepared!
Take your heel work up a notch! Learn heel choreography that is inspired by Russian/Exotic style pole. Choreography will include spins, drops, and lots of dynamic low flow around the base of the pole. Students in this class should be comfortable with basic heel work, have a wide vocabulary of spins, and be comfortable with basic pole holds.
