Class Descriptions
Are you looking for a workout that’s out of the ordinary? Our signature fitness classes will keep you working hard a little closer to the ground! These classes are made for all levels and work to increase your strength, flexibility, rhythm, and technique!
Floor Work - All levels > Transitions, Inversions & Aesthetics
Learn to move smoothly and sensually on the floor. Smooth out your floor moves, work on roles, flips, and sexy acro. Lots of leg movement, body waves and learn a little sequence on the floor.
This class is best to wear your knee pads, leggings and t-shirts.
Suitable for all levels. Whether you’re intro and/or experienced, we will modify the moves up or down to suit.
Flexability
Improve the strength & flexibility in your spine, hips and shoulders, legs, splits for increased mobility and range of motion.
Forward bends, back bends, bridges and more! Stretch the splits, shoulders, hips. Your instructor will decide what the focus of the class is, but may also take requests.
Stretching is one of the fundamental aspects of fitness, please don’t push yourself. Body awareness and working at your own pace is a must.
Mats are provided, but you may bring your own.
Acro Hand-Balancing
AcroYoga/Partner Hand-Balancing is a type of movement that combines yoga with acrobatics, circus and cheer. Its defining feature is its use of gravity to promote both strengthening and stretching. It is generally considered more vigorous and challenging, but loads more fun!
A typical class includes a warmup, partner work.
Partner work is a key feature and the work with a partner helps to improve strength and balance as well as building trust.
There are three key roles:
Base – the person who is most in contact with the ground. For example, they may lie on their back with their legs and arms reaching up to support their partner.
Flyer – the person who is lifted off the ground by the base. They can move into dynamic sequences of positions.
Spotter – the person entrusted with watching the base and flyer to make sure that the flyer lands safely if they slip. They may also make suggestions to help both partners improve their technique or alignment.
You do not need a partner, we will pair you up, in groups of two or three. This class is open to anyone, whether or not they participate in any pole or aerial classes.
Acro Conditioning
This is a gymnastic based conditioning class. Handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, light tumbles(i.e. front and back rolls) are what this is about.
Acro Conditioning is a wonderful practice that combines the dynamic wisdom of acrobatics, the awareness, breath and balance of yoga and good old fashioned PLAY with a sense of wonder & community.
This class is for all levels, to help with core strength, trust and techniques of acrobatic hand balancing.
Chair Dance
This is a Burlesque / Acro / fitness inspired class. Sometimes with shoes (aka heels), sometimes without; depending on the mood! Bring your pole bag to be equipped. One thing is guaranteed, you’ll be using the chair! A fun and flirtatious warm-up, prepare for a workout with a focus on poise, coordination, balance and swagger!
Leg warmers and knee pads recommended.
This class is open to anyone, whether or not they participate in any pole or aerial classes.

For all classes – LEAVE THE JEWELRY AT HOME. Mats, clothes, and cleaning agents are provided but you are also welcome to bring your own
