We offer a variety of pole classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Whether you’re looking to get in shape, try something new, or just have fun, we have a class that will fit your needs. Browse our selection of pole classes and SIGN UP today to start your journey.

The Instructor will tailor the conditioning to whomever shows up and ensure that you are working on elements of spins and tricks within your level.

Class structure includes climbing, conditioning, new learning, and review. Experience is not necessary, but understand that with mixed level the student must take drivers seat on their own practice. Instruction will be shown for moves at each level, and students are then expected to work only within their skill level.

Recommend shorts and a tank top. Leave the jewellery at home. Mats are provided, but you are welcome to use your own.

All levels are welcome, though it’s strongly recommended that you are finished beginner level.

We will take the moves you have learned in your pole class and put them in combinations and make the foundation stronger. Use your spins, transitions, and floor to help create your pole flow. Make it “yours” by adding the “you” into the movement.

Bring your heels! (& knee pads)

This class will teach combinations and fundamental moves and concepts of intermediate pole, with modifications. Although not level specific, advised for intermediate and up; you must have a strong invert, be able to leg hang (inside and out) and hip hold.  Working towards things like hand springs, etc. If you are reading this and unsure, call, ask or come and see! 😉

We understand that with re-opening the memory and body awareness might be more advanced than the muscles, so we will work to regain steadily and cautiously. There is still a benefit to attending while you try from the floor.

Are you just learning the benchmark moves from beginner pole? Or maybe you have your basics and beginning level but you wanted to try spin. This is the class for you! Learn the basics of spinning pole.

In this foundational class for spin, we will help you take your basic spins to the next level.
