We offer a variety of aerial classes for all levels, including silk, hoop, polesilks, and more. This class is for intro to beginner levels.

Get ready for some high-flying fun with the expansion of your foundation skills. This Lyra Hoop class will get your splitty, fancy tricks, skills and combos to explode in sequence. Dress comfortably in form-fitting yoga pants and a t-shirt; no shoes needed.

Not suitable for new-timers. Students must complete certain competencies prior to entering this level. Please see the instructor to verify levelling up. Clients with previous aerial experience should contact management for level placement.

This class will build on material learned in Level 1 for more complex moves and transitions. It will also start to introduce dynamic movement on the line and lyra.

Mixed Level and Mixed Apparatus (Aerial Silks or Lyra Hoop)

Instruction will be shown for moves at each level and students are then expected to work only within their skill level.

If possible instructor will attempt to give attending students their preference on which apparatus to work on, but please try to have an open mind as the skills and strength are transferable.

 

Leggings and t-shirts are recommended. Leave the jewellery at home. Do not wear baggy clothing or anything with a zipper. Taping maybe required otherwise. This class is usually held in the back aerial section of the studio.

 

Suitable for all levels. But this class is still a challenge. We recommend first timers do indeed spend some time in “Intro Lyra and/or Silks.” Since as this class is open to all levels and two apparatus types, you will take drivers seat on your own practice.

Mixture of Silks and Straps. You will work on growing your skills and tricks on both apparatuses or one, depending on your preference and the class size for ability to accommodate. Expect to use both apparatuses, so you won’t be disappointed!

Please wear appropriate attire. This class is usually held in the back aerial section of the studio.

This class is usually held in the back aerial section of the studio.  You will work on growing your skills and tricks on both apparatus or one, depending on your preference and the class size for ability to accommodate.  Expect to use both apparatus so you won’t be disappointed.

 This class is not for beginners.

This class introduces students to choreography in the air! The class will utilize aerial apparatus to create routines done to music that focus on fluidity on the apparatus. This is usually open to students in any level and will specify if there are requirements.

Just the basics! This class is great for those just starting their aerial journey.  

Learn the fundamentals and foundations of aerial silks while building strength and flexibility. This class focuses on core elements and basic skills, such as climbing, shapes, and conditioning.

 Class will be held at the back aerial section, and we ask that all students dress appropriately and have hair tied back. Wear t-shirts and leggings. Crop tops, rings, bracelets, hoop or dangly earrings are not permitted.

 This class is for new-timers and beginners.

Aerial silks – where you learn challenging climbs, tackle skills and sequences, which open up the world of complex wraps for tricks and drops! Class structure includes climbing, conditioning, new learning, and review.

 Leggings and t-shirts are required. Leave the jewellery at home. Do not wear baggy clothing or anything with a zipper.  Taping maybe required otherwise. Usually held in the back aerial section of the studio.

 This class is for all levels. Experience is not necessary, but understand that with mixed level the student must take drivers seat on their own practice. Instruction will be shown for moves at each level, and students are then expected to work only within their skill level.

Love Pole? Love Silks? This is the class for you! This class merges the two apparatus together for a whirl of a time!

 The instructor will tailor the conditioning to whomever shows up and ensure that you are working on elements of spins and tricks within your level.

Class structure includes climbing, conditioning, new learning and review.

Recommend shorts and top. Leave the jewellery at home. Bring leggings for more protection. Always nice to have options, so you protect your skin! Mats are provided, but you are welcome to use your own.

Shine in our social highlights!   This is a structured time for you to participate in whatever routine, tiktok trend or crazy marketing silliness you or our staff/student body can dream up.  Attendance in these time slots means you are permitting the studio to use your image in marketing and social content. 

Please come with the most open mind and willingness to have a side splitting time! This is not level specific.

For all classes – LEAVE THE JEWELRY AT HOME.  Mats, clothes, and cleaning agents are provided but you are also welcome to bring your own
